EFFECTS OF NEPOTISM IN WORKING PLACE

The 1940s – 1960s golden age of Bollywood many wonderful actor and actress given us super hit and evergreen movies like Mughal – e – Azam, Barsaat ki Rani, Zindgi, Pagal and many others and also we were blessed with excellent artists like Dev Anand, Madhubala, Dilip Kumar, Raj Kapoor, and other many actors.

The 1970s-1980s classic age of Bollywood again cinema gifted us movies like Sholay, Dewar, Anand, Hush Hush, and many other blockbuster Bollywood this period is also known as the era of Amitabh Bachchan. Not only the stories of these movies but also the acting of these actors was so natural and wonderful because of their hard work and struggle they were able to achieve success.

But if we talk about today’s most popular actors most of them are star kids and most of the famous directors and production house gives priority to nepotism over the talent most of the actors are an outsider and they don’t any family but they are so talented and their acting skills are 100% better than some of the star kids. No doubt Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, and many other star kids are working hard and also they have great acting skills but just like Alia Bhatt or any other star kid if Karan Johar should also launch some other talented actors who are not having any Bollywood background. At some point we are proud of many other directors like Anurag Basu who cast all the new struggling actors in his movie ‘gangs of wasseypur’ this movie gave pushover in the many talented real actors like – Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi, Manoj Bajpai, Huma Qureshi and many other actors these actors do not have any filmy background or God Father they got their success because of their hard work.

The worst side of the Bollywood industry is if any outsider raises their voice against the nepotism then either of the Bollywood tries to suppress their voice and if that does not work then after sometimes they are unable to get the movies lets for an example if we talk about Kangana Ranaut she was the one who raised her voice in a chat show ‘Koffee with Karan’ in that show without any fear she pointed Karan Johar as the ‘flag bearer’ of nepotism after which the topic of nepotism remains in controversy and on this answer, many actresses and actors oppose Kangana and also she was kind of boycotted by many production houses.

We all live in democratic still if someone raises their voice against unethical work he/she get suppressed by their seniors or they suffer from a lot of problems.

Not just only in Bollywood other working sectors are also face the same problem the person.

In every sector the first privilege is always given to the one who is from the same background of work and the talented one and have innovative thinking always have to struggle in their life e.g.: in politics, the congress party is ruled by Gandhi family since many years from them blood relation is more important than hard work. Not only in politics many other sectors are also facing the same problem either it in the medical field or the engineering or other working field and nepotism is creating many problems in working place talent and hard work should always get preference over nepotism then only we will able to progress in economy and we should always keep family life and working life separate this will help in the growth of our country and everyone will able their goals in life.
